Have you ever felt so hopeless, so overwhelmingly consumed by despair that you literally couldn't breathe?

As I clutched at my crushing chest, hiding away in the maintenance room, I called my husband to wish him a final "goodbye". I wasn't having a heart attack. I was experiencing a panic attack. My body was telling me I was on the wrong path in life and it was time to process decades of feelings my mind needed to release. As a psychology graduate who personally used talk therapy, I felt limited by their guidance and techniques. My mind didn't truly feel free until I started to work with an emotional freedom technique practitioner who helped me process my biggest fears, my burning anger, and my sinking sadness. As the fog in my mind started to dissipate, I was finally able to see my true calling in life - to help anxious people like me find clarity, listen to their mind and body, and learn how to tap into their inner compass.

As your mental health coach, I will help you process through emotions that are keeping you caged so that you can live a life that is filled with happiness instead of fear, guilt and shame. You can choose not to live in your version of hell if you allow yourself the chance to heal through difficulties. I'm only a few steps ahead of where you are, and you'll get there too.
